Supply Chain Management at the Salzburg University of Applied Science goes international

For the first time we offer a special study program “International Supply Chain Management” for our incoming students. It starts with the winter semester 2019/2020 and it will focus on three competencies that will be important for future supply chain managers: cross-cultural savviness for organizing and optimizing global supply-chains, the ability to drive the digital transformation of supply chains, and finally the capacity to enhance sustainability in supply chain management.

We are proud that we could motivate domestic students as well to join the module. It is a great opportunity for them to develop their own personality and experiences concerning international business topics. High levels experts with international background are teaching the students. One of the key activities is a student project with an international company about RFID along the supply chain. The project offers the great opportunity to work with different cultures in business context.

We are looking forward to the “International Supply Chain Management” module!
